Thurs: Hmm.... i stayed for the whole day at my Ah gong funeral place.. Interesting thing happened today. PAP members came to visit my Ah gong! I was wondering wah.. how come my ah gong noe those PAP members... then my auntie told me it's becos of the election thingy. Then i go -_-"'... They were juz patroling around the neighbourhood areas and their main purpose was to get ppl to vote for them lah.. Haiz.. But anyway, thanks them for coming to pay respects to my ah gong.
Today we played mahjong agn.. Haiz.. din win any rounds... At first wanted to go back home earlier 1.. but ended up going back at 12.30.. Luckily next day still able to attend SM tutorial sia...
Fri: Went for SM tutorial, lecture and gems. Ting En was asking how come my ah gong funeral lasted for 5 days? Normally is 3 days only. This qn was also asked by Li Ting on wed... (*Wink Wink*) hmm.. i oso dunno. I tot normally is 5 days?
Today was the second last day of Ah gong's funeral.. Many things need to be done tonight. So i rushed back there straight after my gems... Wow.. It was raining very very heavily in the evening loh.. Thunders... lightnings... table cloth fly here n there and the rain was splashing all over the place. At that time we were supposed to have our dinner. There are even rainwater in the dishes loh. Aiyoyo.. But seriously speaking hor, the food the ppl cooked for us are so nice.. Has got hotel banquet standard leh...
The ceremony started ard 7pm. Ended ard 11.20pm. (including the burning of the paper house... The house for my ah gong is so beautiful... Got maids, trishaw, car, housekeeper bla bla bla.. Wonder if my ah gong has got driving license. LOLx) Then after burning, we must eat the 'Huat Kueh' and say Huat arhz... I din go home this night. I stay overnight at my cousin's house. Cos have to reach quite early the next morning.. My mummy scared i couldn't wake up so asked me to stay there.
Sat: Which is today. The bands came to play nice songs for my ah gong... Then we have to walk several rounds around my ah gong's coffin area, throwing incense paper at the same time. I rem during Pri 5 when my Ah zoh (who is ah gong's mother-100yrs old) passed away that time, we also did the same thing.
After that we went to Mandai Crematorium & Columbarium Complex. Oh my it was so high tech there loh.. Everything is machine based. We we brought to the viewing hall 2 to 'view the whole process'. But we can only see my ah gong being sent in. Nth else. Bye ah gong.... ='( We noe that we could never see u agn but u r always in my heart. I still have ah gong's pix in my mummy's hp. I will keep forever de.
Following that, we went to my uncle's house, which is in Bukit Batok to 'an' my ah gong there. Tml have to go back to the Madai Crematorium to pick up my ah gong's bones. Have to reach there at 8.15am...
